Inspire-NJ has been designed to address multiple needs of the community. To feed and support our active military, veterans, and seniors and to provide work readiness skills and training for young adults with either an autism or IDD diagnosis.

The Joel E. Perlmutter Memorial Food Pantry
Our supermarket client choice food pantry model was developed to reduce waste and ensure clients will receive the appropriate amount of food based on family size with the ability to personally choose the products that they know their families enjoy.

Life Skills Education and Job Readiness Programs
Structured programs that aim to increase positive and adaptive behavior by assisting individuals to develop and practice appropriate social skills.
Senior Social Recreation
Fun and structured activities and programs designed to facilitate social contact, reduce isolation and improve personal life satisfaction.

We focus on making the maximum positive effort for our community. Our members and volunteers provide the momentum that helps us affect change. Using data driven models, we provide solutions that make a long-lasting difference. We are focused on employment training and support for the developmentally disabled.
